This was the 20th anniversary of the THE Awards – widely known as the “Oscars of higher education” – which recognise excellence across 20 categories, covering the full range of university activity. The 2024 ceremony, focusing primarily on achievements at UK and Irish institutions during the 2022-23 academic year, was held at the ICC in Birmingham.
