The THE Awards winners will be announced at a special black tie ceremony at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre on the evening of Thursday 13 November 2025.

18:30 Drinks reception
19:15 Dinner
21:45 Celebrity host's set
22:00 Winners announcements commence
23:00 End of official proceedings, but there will be further opportunities to socialise until 01:00

Awards tickets cover the drinks reception, three-course dinner, entertainment, celebrity host and after-party with DJ, but do not include table drinks during the dinner itself. 
(This year we are using the venue’s own online drinks order platform for beverage orders. This will be available two weeks prior the event, and we will share more details with all ticket bookers as soon as we have them.)

If you are booking for a group and do not yet know exactly who will be attending, please enter your own name against each ticket. You will have until 17:00 on 21 October to update the details and transfer the tickets to the appropriate email addresses via the "manage registration details" link included at the bottom of the booking confirmation email. After this date, all changes must be emailed to THEawards@timeshighereducation.com.
