Tickets cover the drinks reception, three-course dinner, entertainment, celebrity host and after-party with DJ, but do not include table drinks during the dinner itself.
This year we are using the venue’s own online platform for beverage orders. This will be available two weeks prior, and we'll share more details with all ticket bookers as soon as we have them.
Booking information
- Tables seat 10 people, so if you book 10 places, you will automatically be allocated one table, and if you book 20 places, two tables, etc.
- A 5% discount applies for groups of 5-9 tickets, and 10% for groups of 10+. These discounts are applied automatically when you book the relevant number of places, even if you reach the threshold with separate bookings (as long as you are using the same account)
- If you don't yet know the specific attendees, the relevant fields can be left blank and populated later. The deadline for amendments is 17:00 on Tuesday 3 November, after which changes must be emailed to THEawards@timeshighereducation.com
- Please note that the order in which you list your attendees will be the order they are seated. This year you can also book more than 10 places in a single booking so, for example, if you book 15 places, we will seat numbers 1-10 on one table, and then endeavour to seat the remaining five alongside them on an adjacent table
- We are occasionally asked if finalists themselves receive free tickets, but unfortunately the answer is no – this is an expensive event to put on, so we ask institutions to purchase tickets for all their attendees
For shortlisted finalists, delegates from an HEI, association, the public sector or NGO
